Who is responsible

This service is run by Danetre Workshop Supplies Limited (company 04511113, 3 Baird Close, Drayton Fields Industrial Estate, Daventry NN11 8RY; ICO registration ZA886683) on behalf of your employer, who decides who may use it and what allowance each person has. Your employer is the data controller for your details; Danetre processes them under a written agreement with your employer, and keeps its own order and invoice records as required by law.

What we hold

• Your name, employee number and department, as provided by your employer.
• For the people who sign in (your employer's administrators), a password each of them chooses at their first sign-in, stored only as a salted hash. We cannot read it.
• Your orders: the garments, sizes and points used, and when they were placed.
• Sign-in records, including the network address a sign-in came from, to keep the service secure.

We do not hold home addresses, personal email addresses, dates of birth or payment details.

Why we hold it

So that your employer's administrators can order workwear for you within your allowance, to send your employer a quotation with your name on it so they can order, and to supply and invoice the goods. Your employer decides its own legal basis for issuing workwear; Danetre's basis for its order and invoice records is legal obligation (tax) and legitimate interests (running the service securely).

Who else sees it

Named administrators at your employer see your orders and points. Danetre staff see orders to fulfil them. Our service providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (secure connection to this site) and Google Workspace (email). Both are certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. No data is sold or used for marketing.

How long

Order history is kept while your employer uses this service. Invoice records are kept for six years, as tax law requires. If you leave, or your employer stops using the service, ask us and we will remove your name where the law allows.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in and holds your basket. It is strictly necessary for the service and contains no tracking. It is deleted when you sign out, or after 12 hours — or after 30 days if you tick “Keep me signed in on this device”. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

Usage statistics. We count how often each product and category is viewed and added to a basket, as totals for each day, to improve the range. The counts do not record who viewed anything and use no cookie of their own. Danetre’s own visits are not counted.

Your rights

You can ask your employer, or Danetre, for a copy of what is held about you, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows. Contact sales@danetreworkshop.co.uk or 01327 877577. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
